Yerda is a software and AI product engineer, technical lead and tech creator from Kazakhstan, based in the UAE. His work includes agentic engineering, SaaS, growth engineering, developer education and GovTech.     Multi-provider AI creation platform · CTO & software engineer

    A 100+ AI model platform for chat, images, video, voice and music, serving 20,000 users with 65,000+ generations. As CTO, Yerda owned product direction and technical architecture, led developers, and delivered the web and Telegram experiences, payments, administration, analytics and production operations. He engineered streaming chat and parallel generation jobs with async queues, provider routing, fallbacks and charge/refund recovery. Product, revenue and provider-cost dashboards informed pricing and launch decisions; model releases and social trends became one-click creation flows. Local payments serve users in Russia and the CIS where access and payment options are limited.

  • AI Sales Manager SaaS

    Multi-tenant conversational AI platform · Founder & engineer

    Yerda founded, engineered and piloted a sales-agent SaaS for flower shops, restaurants and e-commerce, with native WhatsApp and Instagram integrations and Meta Tech Partner status. He designed tenant-isolated LangChain/LangGraph agents with business-specific catalogs and instructions, tool calling, asynchronous streaming and human escalation. LangSmith traces and scenario tests supported evaluation and iteration on agent behaviour. The product lets businesses configure AI sales managers for their own products and customer conversations.

    A proactive AI fitness companion that remembers habits and adapts training and nutrition plans. It follows up between sessions. Yerda built the multimodal product and ran its GTM content experiments, reaching 450k+ views, 1k+ saves and 200 followers.

  • Reechy

    A complete browser video workspace: record, edit and turn videos into contextual pages with links, forms and a next step. Product demos, outreach and async updates can be shared through recipient-specific links with viewing analytics.

    Yerda built tools for AI-generated creator content and is building content production systems. This work supports his growth engineering and product-launch content experiments.

  • iCombooster

    An AI sales CRM and agent that turns an email into an enriched lead profile by aggregating company records, professional profiles and social data across multiple sources. LinkedIn, Crunchbase and X are examples of that source mix. It enriched 25,000+ leads; ICP scoring feeds personalized outreach and automated email sequences, connected to Intercom, HubSpot and GoHighLevel. Yerda also handled GTM, onboarding and marketplace launches.

  • Latenode

    A low-code AI automation platform serving 10,000+ companies and handling 90 million workflow executions a year. Yerda worked on AI product solutions, customer operations and go-to-market execution: CRM integrations, sales and support automation, product demos and onboarding. His work included Intercom, HubSpot and GoHighLevel.

  • ZER

    The digital operating platform for a waterpark, hotel and beach complex with 1M+ guest visits. Guests buy tickets, reserve cabanas, unlock smart lockers and order food in one app. Staff manage POS, kitchen orders, inventory and financial reporting through live dashboards connected to 3,000+ on-site devices.

  • ORTA Mobile

    Agricultural operations software connecting field crews, vehicles and office teams. Crop identification, yield calculations, cargo monitoring and driver shifts use synchronized data from mobile modules, web dashboards, 1C and Wialon/Hecterra. Yerda contributed backend services, Android modules and integrations, tested in the office and in the field.

GovTech

A national sports analytics portal for athlete and sports-facility records in Kazakhstan. Yerda led a four-person engineering team, worked with government stakeholders and built TypeScript backend services with PostgreSQL, multi-tenant access and role-based permissions. The team documented the data model and APIs for delivery.

    Online school and EdTech business

    Yerda handled the online school’s growth and strategy, including course launches, acquisition funnels, pricing experiments and school partnerships. The business combined live classes with a white-label LMS. He also built learning workflows and progress reporting, launched AI and programming courses, and used free Olympiads and content to acquire students.

  • Astana Hub

    Kazakhstan’s technology hub with 2,500+ participant companies

    Yerda developed, filmed and taught a 40-video course on low-code, no-code, vibe coding and agentic engineering. He taught AI-assisted software engineering with Claude Code, Codex and other coding agents, building applications on camera while explaining architecture and implementation. The curriculum covers APIs, databases and deployment through practical websites, chatbots and business integrations. His developer education and advocacy work helps people adopt these tools through live coding and workshops.

  • OptimationAI

    AI-powered software engineering and AI adoption for business and government teams. Yerda built agent-based internal tools and local AI systems, alongside developer education and coding-agent workshops.

  • Tirek

    School care software connecting academic dashboards, attendance and computer-vision evidence so staff can investigate concerning behaviour and support students earlier. Yerda led the product and its pilot at NIS Taraz.

    A personal open-source sandbox for catalog-based sales agents, with 45 GitHub stars. Includes a configurable LangGraph workflow and a flower-shop demo.

  • CoolReadme

    Designed GitHub profile cards with live data, installed with one line of Markdown. No signup or API key is needed.

  • TGBuilder

    A self-hostable AI Telegram bot builder. Describe a bot in chat; the agent plans, generates and starts it, checks for crashes and applies later edits through the same conversation.

  • JSON Vision

    A VS Code extension for large JSON, JSONL and NDJSON files. It streams data from disk into virtualized tables, trees and schema graphs, with search and filtering.

    An open-source alternative to Quizlet and Anki for SAT and language practice, with quizzes generated from ChatGPT or Claude JSON exports.

AI engineering: Python, FastAPI, LangGraph, LLM tool calling and multi-tenant agents. The work includes multimodal model integrations, asynchronous generation jobs, Redis queues, provider routing and recovery for failed requests.

Agentic engineering and AI-assisted software development: Claude Code, Codex and Cursor, alongside reusable agent instructions and architecture rules published in Vibe Coding Rules.

Languages and application frameworks: Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, PHP, C, React, Next.js, Flutter, Android, Spring Boot and Laravel. Data and infrastructure experience includes PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, Docker, CI/CD, AWS, Google Cloud, Linux, Apache Kafka, vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

Hardware and IoT: smart-locker controllers, MQTT, device configuration and on-site networking. ZER required connecting physical access systems, QR printers and POS software; ORTA Mobile required REST integrations with 1C and vehicle-tracking systems.

GTM & partnerships

Yerda’s go-to-market work includes customer discovery, product demos, outbound sales, onboarding and marketplace launches. Growth engineering includes SQL reporting, funnel and cohort analysis, pricing experiments and CRM automation for RevOps and MarketingOps.

His tech creator work includes testing content formats and distribution for product launches. Partnership work includes schools at Restart Online / Brand Online and industry-partner events at MBZUAI.

Public speaking & community leadership

Yerda’s public speaking and presentation work includes formal events, technical demos, on-camera teaching and voice-over production. He explains software through live coding and developer education. His stage experience includes theatre and poetry recitation, with competition wins.

He has built communities in Kazakhstan and a grappling community at MBZUAI in the UAE. As an MBZUAI Career Services Ambassador, he supports industry-partner events and peer career activities.
